Recent claims of racism and misbehavior have been devastating to the law enforcement community. As a result, all of us, as officers, investigators and supporters, have been painted with the same broad brush. Are these claims of systemic racism and cruelty fair or true? Does law enforcement in America have a systemic problem? Should it be defunded? Or does the systemic problem in America lie in the human heart, requiring something other than a shift in financial resources? In this video interview with Bobby Conway, J.
